Job summary

Nameless Ventures in Dubai is seeking a Group Product Manager focused on Growth, Onboarding & Payments. You will own the product strategy for onboarding and payments, lead 2–3 PMs, and drive key metrics like deposits and activation.

The role requires strong PM experience, leadership of PMs, and deep knowledge of consumer onboarding and payments in a fintech context. Hybrid work in Dubai with remote options in summer.

Qualifications

• Strong product management background with 7+ years of experience.
• Direct line management of PMs is essential – minimum 2 years total.
• Experience in consumer onboarding and growth, with payments experience.
• Experience owning stored balances, deposits, withdrawals and payment provider routing/cascading (ideal).
• Backgrounds in crypto exchanges, iGaming, neobanks/wallets, retail investing, remittance or brokerage/CFD preferred.

Responsibilities

I’m working with one of the fastest-growing Fintech businesses in the MENA region, who are hiring a Group Product Manager – Growth, Onboarding & Payments in Dubai!

• Own product strategy across Onboarding & Payments.
• Lead and develop 2–3 Product Managers.
• Drive conversion, activation, deposits, withdrawals and growth metrics.
• Own the customer journey from onboarding through to first deposit.
• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Finance and Commercial.
• Report directly into the VP Product.

Requirements:

• Strong Product Management background – 7+ years.

• Strong consumer onboarding / growth experience.
• Payments experience.
