Job summary

Foraxis in Dubai seeks a senior marketing/growth leader to own the complete growth engine, from traffic acquisition to activation, trading activity and retention. You will drive CAC/ROAS, expand across CFDs, futures and perpetuals, and build influencer partnerships while coordinating with compliance and legal teams.

The role requires 5–10+ years of marketing/growth in trading/fintech with proven results, managing large budgets, and delivering revenue growth across international markets.

Role Objective

The successful candidate will own the complete Foraxis marketing and growth operation Traffic Registration Purchase Activation Trading Activity Retention Repeat PurchaseThe candidate should have strong direct experience within prop trading CFD Forex brokerage futures perpetuals or a closely related trading business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Foraxis global trader-acquisition strategy
• Manage Google Meta YouTube TikTok X and other performance channels
• Build and scale international affiliate and IB networks
• Develop relationships with trading influencers educators and communities
• Lead CRM retention retargeting and customer-reactivation programs
• Build market-entry strategies for priority international markets
• Manage brand social media content PR and community growth
• Recruit and manage internal and external marketing resources
• Establish marketing analytics and management dashboards
• Work with legal compliance teams on advertising promotions affiliates and influencer campaigns

Core KPIs

The role will be measured against CAC ROAS New Paying Traders Conversion Rate Repeat Purchases LTV Affiliate Revenue Revenue Growth Geographic Expansion

First 90 Days

The successful candidate will be expected to audit the existing business and acquisition funnel establish CAC ROAS benchmarks build a global growth strategy expand affiliates and influencers identify priority markets and begin scaling profitable acquisition channels

Final candidates will prepare A 90-day international growth strategy for Foraxis across CFDs Futures and Perpetuals The plan should cover target countries marketing channels budget allocation affiliate strategy influencer strategy CAC conversion assumptions trader acquisition targets ROAS CRM retention and key compliance considerations
