Job summary

Legend Holding Group is seeking a senior Group R2R leader responsible for end-to-end Record-to-Report across the organization. You will ensure accurate general ledger, disciplined period-end close, reliable management reporting, and intercompany reconciliation across multiple units and ERP platforms.

You will drive IFRS-compliant consolidation, strengthen fixed asset, inventory and costing controls, and establish a unified close framework while mentoring the shared-services R2R team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA/CPA/CA/ACA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Typically 7+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior GL, consolidation, R2R or financial-control leadership.
• Experience with multi-entity IFRS consolidation, intercompany, inventory/costing, fixed assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report for the Group and consolidate IFRS financials.
• Own the Group R2R operating model and seven workstreams.
• Coach staff, assign close tasks and ensure deadlines are met across the hub.
