Job summary

Dubai Holding Group Services is seeking a Senior Manager - Record to Report (Hospitality Industry) to lead comprehensive financial reporting, consolidation and close processes in a fast‑paced shared services environment. The role requires IFRS expertise, governance discipline, and strategic partner collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Hospitality industry experience is mandatory.
• Qualified Accountant with CA/ACCA/CPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 7 years in general ledger, financial reporting, consolidation and close.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, governance, compliance and audit experience.
• Proven leadership of a 5–6 member team.
• Stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of shared‑service finance environments and reporting controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting with IFRS compliance.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements, management reports and consolidations.
• Manage general ledger reporting, financial close and regulatory reporting.
• Develop dashboards and insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A and cross‑functional teams to align reporting with business planning.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit requirements are met.
• Lead and develop the reporting team and drive process improvements.
