Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles within FX or CFD brokerage environments.
• Strong understanding of offshore regulatory frameworks (e.g. FSCA FSA).
• Proven experience managing high-volume treasury operations and multi-currency environments.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial systems used in brokerage operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the board focusing on ROI and growth opportunities.
• Manage high-volume multi-currency cash flows across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with international regulatory frameworks.
• Lead and manage the global finance team ensuring high performance.
