Job summary

Pearse Portfolio is seeking a Global Finance Director for Digital Infrastructure to lead the finance function with a global remit across multiple markets. You will partner with the executive team on strategy, investments and long-term growth, owning FP&A, modelling and funding options while building a high-calibre international finance team.

You will manage debt financing, capital structure and governance, delivering high-quality management reporting and strategic recommendations to shareholders

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership in capital-intensive sector.
• Experience in high-growth, international business or platform.
• Strong modelling, valuation and investment analysis.
• Experience with debt financing, capital raising and capital structure.
• Experience building finance functions within scaling businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global finance function and ensure structure supports international growth.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy, investments and long-term growth.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Own financial modelling, scenario analysis and business planning for expansion.
• Provide analysis of project economics, funding options and capital requirements.
• Lead relationships with shareholders, lenders, investors and auditors.
• Oversee debt, refinancing and liquidity management.
• Support capital investment evaluations across markets.
• Establish robust controls, governance and reporting.
• Ensure high-quality management reporting and insight into performance.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations and development teams to improve returns.
• Build and lead an international finance team.
• Advise executive team and shareholders on financial strategy.
