Job summary

Pearse Portfolio is seeking a Global Finance Director for Digital Infrastructure to lead the finance function with a global remit across multiple markets. You will partner with the executive team on strategy, investments and long-term growth, owning FP&A, modelling and funding options while building a high-calibre international finance team.

You will manage debt financing, capital structure and governance, delivering high-quality management reporting and strategic recommendations to shareholders

Global Finance Director - Digital Infrastructure

A senior finance leadership opportunity with a high-growth digital infrastructure platform, with a global remit spanning multiple markets. The role will provide strategic, commercial and financial leadership across the business, working closely with the executive team, shareholders and external capital providers as the platform continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global finance function, ensuring the finance organisation is structured and equipped to support continued international growth.
• Partner with the executive leadership team on business strategy, investment decisions and long-term growth initiatives.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management across the global platform.
• Own financial modelling, scenario analysis and business planning to support investment, expansion and strategic decisions.
• Provide analysis of project economics, returns, capital requirements and funding options.
• Lead relationships with shareholders, lenders, investors, auditors and other key financial stakeholders.
• Oversee debt financing, refinancing, liquidity management and broader capital structure considerations.
• Support the evaluation and execution of significant capital investment and expansion programmes across multiple markets.
• Establish robust financial controls, governance, reporting and risk-management processes as the business scales.
• Ensure high-quality management reporting, providing clear insight into financial and operational performance.
• Work closely with commercial, operations, development and investment teams to improve returns and capital efficiency.
• Build, develop and lead a high-calibre international finance team.
• Act as a key financial adviser to the executive team and shareholders.

Ideal Candidate

• Senior finance leadership experience within digital infrastructure, data centres, telecoms, fibre, energy infrastructure or another highly capital-intensive sector.
• Proven experience within a high-growth, international business or platform, ideally with responsibility across multiple markets.
• Strong capabilities across financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Significant experience across debt financing, capital raising, refinancing and capital structure.
• Commercially strong, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear strategic recommendations and support major investment decisions.
• Experience building and developing finance functions within a scaling business.
• Ideally, experience within a shareholder-backed, investment-led or entrepreneurial environment.
• Comfortable operating with shareholders, investors, lenders and other institutional stakeholders.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise combined with a commercial mindset.
• Credibility and communication skills to operate effectively with boards, investors and senior executives.
• Professional accountancy qualification strongly preferred.
