Job summary

Bosch UAE is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner/FP&A professional to lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing for the UAE entity. You will prepare financial statements, KPIs, and management reports while guiding planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow projections.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, and regional teams to provide insights, drive profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, or a similar function.
Strong month-end closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Proven experience in sales forecasting, profitability analysis, and business performance.
ERP experience, preferably SAP and iScala.
Advanced Excel and reporting/BI tool proficiency (Power BI, SAC, OneStream).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end closing for the UAE entity.
Prepare and review financial statements, KPIs, and management reports.
Drive planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow projections.
Provide financial insights and decision support to Sales, Operations, and regional teams.
Support audits and statutory reporting; ensure ERP data integrity (SAP/iScala).
Identify risks/opportunities and drive process improvements in finance.”
