Job summary

Hilti Emirates is seeking a Controller to support the finance team in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and contributing to planning cycles. The role involves month-end and year-end closing, reconciling accounts, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with senior staff to improve reporting accuracy.

You will help with annual audits, preparation of financial statements, and support a fast-paced finance environment across Hilti's global operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in finance or accounts payable (internship experience also accepted).
• Emirati with Family Book.
• Effective communication skills, including ability to structure clear presentations and simplify a financial message to non-finance stakeholders
• Solid understanding of financial principles are essential
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with SharePoint or file-management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, and related financial documents.
• Support accounts payable processes to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Manage digital documentation using platforms like SharePoint.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure correct financial procedures are followed.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team on daily operations.
