Job summary

TGC Middle East is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to oversee financial activities across UAE and KSA entities. This senior role requires strong commercial and operational finance experience in a sales-driven environment, partnering with senior management, Sales, Service and global stakeholders in a multinational matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
• 10+ years of overall finance experience.
• Strong experience within a sales, commercial or trading-based business environment.
• Previous UAE finance experience is essential, with a good understanding of local financial practices and regulations.
• Experience managing or supporting financial activities across UAE and/or KSA entities.
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and controlling.
• Experience working within a multinational / matrix organization.
• Proven ability to partner with senior management and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Sales, Service and other operational functions.
• Strong ERP and financial systems experience; SAP exposure is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• High level of integrity, ownership and attention to detail.

About the Role

Our client, a global organization operating within the industrial technology and automation sector, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to oversee financial activities across its UAE and KSA entities. This is a senior finance role requiring strong commercial and operational finance experience, with particular exposure to a sales-driven business environment in the UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, Sales, Service, Finance Shared Services and global stakeholders in a multinational matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
