Job summary

Bosch in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead the UAE close, analyze financials, and support budgeting and forecasting. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and regional management to drive profitability and cash flow.

The role requires strong ERP experience (SAP/iScala), advanced Excel and BI skills, and fluent English in a multinational environment. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a finance-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or similar finance functions.
• Strong understanding of month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven experience in sales forecasting and business performance analysis.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP and iScala; advanced Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing for the UAE entity.
• Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements, management reports, and KPIs.
• Drive planning, forecasting, budgeting processes including monthly sales forecasts, profitability and cash flow.
• Monitor performance, analyze deviations, and identify risks and opportunities for business steering.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Logistics and regional management for financial insights.
