Job summary

Kerzner International is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage Operations to lead and elevate the luxury F&B performance across its global hotel portfolio. You will set and sustain operating standards, guide regional teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with brand standards.

The role focuses on optimizing quality, consistency, and financial performance, while partnering with Operations, Brand, Culinary, and Procurement to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in luxury hospitality F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel F&B operations and service delivery.
• Experience analyzing operational and financial metrics.
• Proven stakeholder management across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve global F&B operating standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide operational guidance to regional teams and hotels; act as corporate contact for F&B matters.
• Support openings, transitions, and renovations with brand-standard implementation.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, labor, costs, guest satisfaction; drive improvements.
• Promote governance, food safety, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
