Job summary

Parfums de Marly seeks a Senior Creative Retail Design Manager to drive ephemeral animations across the brand. You will design, sketch and develop window displays, POS games, and installations, ensuring alignment with the marketing plan and brand universe.

The role requires close collaboration with the founder and marketing to deliver market-ready concepts. You will lead technical development, translate concepts into actionable specs, and ensure feasibility across markets with a 360° deployment

Qualifications

• Degree in design, art or a creative field.
• 8–10 years in retail animations or ephemeral concepts, ideally in major perfumery brands.
• Agency experience is a plus, alongside in‑house brand experience.
• Proven experience deploying creative concepts across markets with local relevance.
• French-speaking profile required with strong cultural sensitivity.
• Strong technical skills to bridge creativity and feasibility.
• Willingness for regular international travel.
• Proficiency in design/rendering tools (Adobe Creative Suite, 3D drawing/rendering).
• Solid understanding of production/deployment constraints for temporary animation devices.
• Translate creative concepts into technical specs for markets/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design, sketch and create all ephemeral animation concepts (windows, POS, events).
• Develop concepts aligned with the trade plan to ensure commercial relevance and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing to integrate plan objectives from the start of design.
• Coordinate with the founder to stay aligned with the brand vision.
• Incorporate market needs and operational constraints for a 360° approach.
• Lead the technical development from sketch to production feasibility.
• Maintain a creative watch and propose fresh ideas to stay relevant.
• Help define the creative animation strategy with the Head of Visual Merchandising & Design.
