Job summary

Parfums de Marly is seeking a Product Designer to join the Brand Team and shape the Maison's product identity across fragrances, packaging, and collateral. You will translate marketing briefs into production-ready designs, develop 3D renderings, and collaborate with Product Development and suppliers to ensure luxury standards.

The role requires 5+ years in product or packaging design within luxury or fragrance industries, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D tools, and fluency in English

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Design, Packaging Design, or Industrial Design.
• Luxury, Fragrance or related premium industries experience is required.
• Mandatory: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and proficiency in 3D modeling/rendering tools.
• Strong written and spoken English and French.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing briefs into compelling product concepts and design solutions.
• Design all primary and secondary packaging for fragrances and ancillary products.
• Create collateral and promotional assets including gifting elements, sets, GWP items, and samples.
• Develop technical drawings, renderings, and presentation materials for decision making.
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and manage physical mock-ups with external vendors.
• Collaborate with Product Development and suppliers throughout industrialization and transfer design files accurately.
• Review prototypes and production samples to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
