WIN SOURCE ELECTRONICS is seeking a Purchasing Manager in the United Arab Emirates to strengthen global supply chain security and competitiveness. You will leverage your industry experience, supplier network and market insights to expand sourcing channels and establish strategic partnerships on an international platform.

This role focuses on procurement and commercial negotiation, RFQ management, and ongoing supplier evaluation to ensure supply continuity for electronic components.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic components procurement or related supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of global electronic component supply markets and major sourcing channels.
• Established supplier relationships and the ability to independently develop sourcing channels.
• Strong market judgment and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and maintain global electronic component suppliers.
• Expand qualified sourcing channels for key components.
• Evaluate supplier reliability, authenticity, traceability and risks.
• Manage RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time confirmation, terms.
• Monitor semiconductor market trends and pricing.
• Build long-term supplier partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, quality and logistics.
• Optimize supplier structures for flexibility and resilience.
