Job summary

NGBS is seeking an experienced Production & Supply Chain Manager to lead manufacturing operations and supply chain activities in the electronics sector. The role requires guiding production, planning, and procurement across EMS partners, with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and cost control.

Ideal candidates will have a Master's in a relevant engineering field, 10+ years in electronics manufacturing, and fluent English; Arabic is a plus. Willingness to relocate to the UAE is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in production and/or supply chain management within electronics manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE for the mission.
• Proven experience managing serial production lines or EMS-based manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, S&OP, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
• Solid understanding of the electronic components market and supply chain challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage production quality, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Drive supply chain planning, inventory management, S&OP, and MRP processes.

• Anticipate electronic component shortages, obsolescence, and supply risks.
• Oversee logistics, customs, and export-control compliance.
• Monitor production budgets, unit costs, and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering and industrialization teams throughout the product lifecycle.
