Job summary

Aster DM Healthcare in Dubai seeks an e-commerce Operations Lead to drive online sales and optimize listings across channels. You will monitor performance, coordinate with marketing, logistics and supply chain, and implement promotions to maximise conversions.

You'll own pricing accuracy, content updates, stock visibility, and ROI tracking for campaigns, while building strong relationships with platform teams and internal stakeholders. UAE-experienced candidates preferred.

• UAE experience with minimum 2-3 years with all e-COM channel

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor daily sales performance and selling price to take corrective actions to improve conversion
• Manage relationships with e-commerce platform teams and key account managers
• Ensure smooth order processing delivery coordination and issue resolution
• Maintain strong collaboration with warehouse and logistics teams
• Ensure accurate product listings pricing images and descriptions
• Coordinate with marketing team for content updates and enhancements
• Monitor competitor listings pricing and promotional activities
• Plan and execute online promotions deals and campaign participation
• Optimize product visibility during key sale events e g Mega Sale Flash Deals Track ROI of promotional activities
• Monitor stock levels across e-commerce channels
• Coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock-outs and overstock situations
• Ensure proper forecasting based on sales trends
• Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
