Job summary

PER, a prestigious global investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an associate to join their growing private equity team. The role focuses on direct private equity investments across sectors.

You will proactively source and evaluate opportunities globally, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment memos and financial models for internal and external stakeholders. Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience evaluating investment opportunities and performing due diligence.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and evaluate investment opportunities globally across sectors.
• Conduct thorough due diligence including financial analysis, market research, and benchmarking.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and financial models for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline, portfolio performance and market outlook.
• Collaborate with other asset managers on co-investment opportunities.
