Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced project leader to manage deployment of global Unify best-of-breed applications across International Operations Zones – Greater India, Middle East & Africa, Pacific and South America.

You will govern, plan and execute the program, coordinating CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex, bFO, bFS and ERP, align stakeholders, run SteerCo meetings, oversee testing and cutover, and drive adoption through change management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in similar project leadership roles.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• High-visibility projects with direct influence on digital strategy.
• Growth opportunities through certifications, training, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead execution of the project plan across platforms (CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex, ERP).
• Oversee activities to meet timelines and mitigate risks/issues.
• Drive SteerCo meetings with Business and Digital Directors to report progress and decisions.
• Collaborate across CXCT, DCR, Country Business and Transformation Leaders to align requirements.
• Act as primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the digital team.
• Confirm and onboard project team before kickoff with clear roles.
• Support UAT, sign-off, and issue resolution cadence during Testing & Cutover.
• Facilitate change management and adoption post-deployment.
• Track progress against requirements and collect post-deployment feedback for improvements.

Job description

Manage Deployment of Global Unify Best of Breed Applications for Front office DCR and Customer experience and Commercial Transformation across International Operations Zones – Greater India, Middle East & Africa, Pacific and South America.

Project Governance & Execution

• Build and lead the execution of the project plan, coordinating across various technology platforms – CPQ, PriceFX, Vistex, bFO, bFS and ERP
• Oversee project activities to ensure timelines are met and risks/issues are mitigated.
• Drive SteerCo meetings with Business and Digital Directors and VPs to report progress, risks, and drive decisions

Stakeholder & Business Alignment

• Collaborate across CXCT, DCR, Country Business and Transformation Leaders, Digital Delivery, Zone BRMs to ensure timely requirement gathering and alignment with project goals
• Act as the primary liaison between business/zone stakeholders and the digital team
• Confirm and onboard the project team before kickoff, clarifying roles and responsibilities

Testing & Cutover Support

• Support the local business team during UAT, ensure sign-off, and manage issue resolution cadence.
• Coordinate with release managers to align release schedules with project timelines.
• Assist with cutover activities and ensure digital team plans are well documented.

Change Management & Adoption

• Facilitate understanding of deployment impacts and support training efforts.
• Enable smooth adoption through change management and post-deployment follow-up.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Track project progress against business requirements and report status and risks.
• Collect post-deployment feedback to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities to improve adoption
