Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai seeks a Data Specialist‑Finance & Project‑Gulf to execute the finance data strategy across the Gulf Cluster, ensuring high-quality, governed financial data that supports performance, compliance, and digital transformation.

You will own the data workstream for major finance transformation and system deployments, drive data readiness, migration quality, and alignment with global standards, while partnering with finance leaders and data teams to ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• Fluency in governing finance data and adherence to enterprise data standards.
• Experience leading data governance, migration, and master data management initiatives.
• Understanding of ERP transformation and data lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of finance data structures and reporting governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and promote finance data governance across the Gulf Cluster.
• Lead data cleansing, validation, migration readiness, and quality assurance.
• Drive data readiness plans, roadmaps, and remediation actions for transformations.
• Coordinate with Data Stewards, Process Owners, and Digital teams on data quality and deployment readiness.
• Lead the data workstream for finance transformation and system deployments.
• Act as finance data SME during deployment, testing, cutover and hypercare phases.
