DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Customs Clerk to support COO processing and on-site operations in Dubai, UAE. You will manage document archiving, create reports, and coordinate with LSPs while maintaining TMS II data and tools.

The role emphasizes accuracy and collaboration with on-site teams. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree (logistics/supply chain or business admin advantageous) and at least 1 year in customs clearance or related logistics work.

Formación

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn TMS II quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to meet cutoffs.
• Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree; logistics/supply chain or business admin background is advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year in customs clearance operations or related logistics/trade role.

Responsabilidades

• Process and issue Certificates of Origin (COO).
• Maintain document filing and archiving (digital and hard copy).
• Prepare and update reports (Excel/Access).
• Follow up with Logistics Service Providers on required documents.
• Maintain and update the TMS II system and related tools.
• Support other team activities and on-the-job training initiatives.
• Ensure documentation complies with SOPs.
