Job summary

Adisseo, a global leader in feed additives, is seeking a proactive Customer Service/Administrative professional in Dubai. You will manage document control, order processing, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Logistics, and Plant Supply Chain to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience, English fluency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years experience.
• Fluency in English; French and Arabic are an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Letters of Credit and import/export documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Document Management & Control: maintain and update documents; ensure accuracy and security.
• Manage order processing within SLA; coordinate contracts, orders and invoicing.
• Coordinate deliveries with plant supply chain and logistics partners; verify invoices and LC documents.
• Support export documentary remittance; coordinate with banks and certification bodies.
