• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in top law firms or in-house at a corporate or high-growth company.
• Experience leading transactional, reorganisations and governance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong drafting, analytical and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of group legal strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide proactive, business-focused legal advice and execution.
• Lead transactional activities including M&A, investments, and joint ventures globally.
• Draft and review legal documents and assess risk across multiple business areas.
