Job summary

1inch is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to own legal and compliance matters across its international group. You will serve as a senior advisor on corporate, commercial, people and employment, governance, and cross-border issues, building and evolving our global compliance framework.

You will work with multiple functions to translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and controls, support board matters, and guide multinational employment and contractor programs while ensuring

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Degree in Law (LLB/JD) and professional qualification/admission.
• Strong corporate, commercial and employment law experience internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the group’s compliance framework across jurisdictions.
• Advise on corporate, commercial and cross-border matters.
• Provide legal guidance on data protection and privacy across operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate vendor, customer, partner agreements.
• Coordinate external counsel and regulatory interactions.
