Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, seeks an experienced Compliance professional to drive remediation initiatives within its GMLRO office and coordinate across global and regional teams.

You will oversee governance, reporting, and horizon scanning for financial crime risks, leveraging deep knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks and KYC/KYB processes across multi-entity structures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial crime compliance/AML, ideally global scope.
• Experience building or overhauling AML governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of remediation initiatives across Compliance and GMLRO.
• Engage as liaison between global Compliance functions and regional teams.
• Support governance forums and oversight programs execution.
• Prepare program oversight reporting and board reporting materials.
• Oversee obligation mapping and horizon scanning for financial crime risks.
