Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ICT services industry.
• Understanding of key commercial and legal elements and pricing structures of supplier’s contracts.
• Knowledge of contract management and a complete understanding of Corporate T’s & C’s.

• Provides contractual support to finalize agreements with suppliers and vendors.
• Manages contract novation and provides guidance based on best practices.
• Serves as the point of contact on contractual matters.
