Binance is seeking a senior Compliance Risk professional to lead EWRA and global risk assessments. You will apply GenAI tools for horizon scanning, coordinate with Product and Compliance teams, and strengthen the control environment across regions.

The role requires 5+ years in regulatory finance, strong AI literacy, and a proactive team-first approach. Remote-first with exciting growth opportunities within a global fintech.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, or economics.
• Advanced risk certificate preferred (e.g., CAMS-RM).
• 5+ years as a compliance professional in regulated financial services.
• 2+ years in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
• Practical AI and GenAI literacy for risk contexts.
• Familiarity with AI governance, bias, explainability, and auditability.
• Data literacy to interrogate AI outputs before use.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global org.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, diligent team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Apply AI/GenAI tooling to horizon scanning and regulatory analysis.
• Lead risk assessments in AFC EWRA and related segments.
• Collaborate with Product, Local Entity and Central Compliance teams.
• Document and maintain control inventories and regulatory alignment.
• Work with global stakeholders to ensure methodology meets needs.
• Support policies, procedures and risk mitigation across compliance risk.
• Embed AI-enabled techniques with human-in-the-loop review.
• Produce MI/metrics for senior management on risk status.
