Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Compliance Audit Manager to support internal audit coverage of regulatory compliance topics across the group. You will plan and execute risk-based audits, evaluate controls, and contribute to the enhancement of the compliance framework across multiple jurisdictions.

This role requires close collaboration with the Compliance Audit Director and broader Internal Audit team to deliver high-quality execution, data-driven insights, and practical remediation recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in internal or compliance audit within financial services or crypto.
• Experience with AML/CTF, sanctions, onboarding/KYC, and transaction monitoring.
• Exposure to cryptocurrency exchange operations and blockchain analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform risk-based audits of regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Test design and operating effectiveness; document evidence and issues.
• Draft audit findings and remediation recommendations for management.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and operations to validate controls.
• Support regulatory readiness and cross-regional thematic reviews.
