Job summary

Shangri-La Group is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead salary, benefits, and payroll initiatives across the MEIA portfolio. You will partner with regional and hotel leadership to benchmark salaries, run remuneration reviews, and manage incentive programmes while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

The role also covers HR analytics, policy implementation, and general HR activities in a fast-paced multi-country hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Experience across multi-country environments is highly desirable.
Experience with salary surveys and market data providers such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry, or similar is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation and benefits programmes across multiple countries.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
Prepare salary proposals, compensation reviews, payroll and incentive calculations.
Support the annual salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive processes.
Manage employee benefits programmes and liaise with brokers and service providers for cost efficiency.
Produce regular reports, dashboards, analytics, and executive presentations for senior management.
