Job summary

Malt is expanding its GCC footprint from Dubai and seeks a driven Global Community team member for the UAE. You will attract and activate high‑value freelancers, engage them through events and content, and work cross‑functionally to meet regional growth targets.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with Sales and cross‑functional teams, manage end‑to‑end events, and build local partnerships. We value autonomy, delivery, and English proficiency, with Arabic/French a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Event Management, Community Activation or Project Management.
• Regional experience in the Middle East, ideally UAE.
• Hands-on and autonomous builder with execution focus.
• Proven ability to organise end-to-end events (logistics, invitations, execution) and deploy outreach campaigns.
• Relationship-driven with a service mindset and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Global to Local Execution: localize global community programs for UAE market.
• Community Engagement & Outreach: source, connect and nurture local freelancers into brand advocates.
• Event & Content Activation: design a UAE-specific event roadmap and content plan.
• Business Alignment & Sales Synergy: align community initiatives with local sales goals.
• Ecosystem Partnerships & Performance: build ties with local actors and track metrics.
