Job summary

Malt seeks a seasoned Community Builder UAE to drive platform adoption and loyalty among local freelancers. You will connect our global framework with the UAE market, delivering engaging programs and locally relevant events that create business value.

With 3+ years in sales, events, or community activation, you’ll autonomously build programs in a fast-growing market, manage end-to-end events, and cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders to propel Malt’s growth in the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales, Event Management, Community Activation or Project Management.
• Regional Middle East/UAE experience with local market knowledge.
• Hands-on, autonomous builder capable of operating in a fast-paced emerging market.
• Proven ability to plan and run end-to-end events and outreach campaigns.
• Strong relationship mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Global to Local Execution: adapt global community programs to UAE for strong engagement.
• Community Engagement & Outreach: source, connect, nurture local freelancers into brand advocates.
• Event & Content Activation: design and run a UAE-focused event roadmap with local content.
• Business Alignment & Sales Synergy: connect community initiatives to local sales goals.
• Ecosystem Partnerships & Performance: build local partnerships and track metrics.
