NYU Abu Dhabi seeks a transformative Chief Human Resources Officer to lead a data-driven HR function at a globally connected research university. You will partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with academic excellence, diversity and innovation across NYU's global network.

The CHRO will shape workforce stability, talent development and HR operations, building trusted relationships with academic and administrative leaders while advancing a comprehensive total rewards and immigration

Qualifications

10 years of senior HR leadership experience in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Experience in multicultural, internationally diverse organizations.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide HR strategies improving performance and talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters affecting NYUAD's mission.
Lead global HR policies, processes, and technology locally and contribute to their development.
Oversee HR operations including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and L&D.
Manage immigration and visa services, ensuring compliance in the UAE.
Drive workforce analytics and digital HR transformation with KPIs and dashboards.
