The role oversees talent acquisition, compensation, immigration, and benefits, with accountability to senior leadership for organizational excellence.

The CHRO will lead HR operations at scale in a complex, multicultural environment, reporting to senior NYU leadership and the Abu Dhabi COO.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive senior HR leadership experience.
• Experience leading HR in a multicultural, complex environment.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide HR strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and global alignment across NYUAD.
• Lead HR team development, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Oversee talent acquisition, immigration, compensation and benefits.
• Drive workforce analytics and digital HR transformation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and NYU standards.
• Partner with legal/compliance and senior leadership.
