Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CIPD/SHRM-SPHR/SPHR credentials desirable.
• 10+ years of progressive senior HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years at CHRO level.
• Experience leading HR in multicultural, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Higher education or knowledge-intensive environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadership and global alignment across NYUAD.
• Lead HR team; manage budget and vendor relationships.
• Talent acquisition strategy and inclusive hiring practices.
• Immigration and visa services management for UAE staff and students.
• Design and steward a total rewards framework with compliance.
• Oversee workforce analytics and digital HR transformation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and organizational policies.
• HRBP leadership and field integration with operations.
