Qualifications

• England & Wales or New York qualified lawyer.
• Strong debt capital markets experience.
• Independently manage transactions from inception to closing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Experience with investment banks and external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions.
• Support equity activities, including disclosure and securities law compliance.
• Provide advice on covenant compliance and regulatory developments.
• Advise on engagement with securities regulators and authorities.
• Support Vista's legal, treasury and accounting teams on audits and financial matters.
• Contribute to Vista Legal's precedents, playbooks and training materials.
