Responsibilities: The team handles a broad range of high-level regional and international transactional equity and debt capital markets work, spanning a full range of deals from IPOs and derivatives to high-yield bonds and direct listings. It is a go-to source for top-level international capital markets advice, advising leading issuers, private-equity investors and investment banks on upper-mid-market domestic deals, major structured cross-border financings and restructurings.

Qualifications: Applicants must be UK, US or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with high-level experience in managing or leading transactions and the listing process, and expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad suite of relevant legal documentation and prospectuses.
