Client of Aventus Global Talent seeks an associate focusing on Debt Capital Markets, with support on Equity Capital Markets as required, handling a broad mix of regional and cross‑border transactions for issuers and banks.

The role requires 2–4 PQE with strong capital markets grounding in DCM/ECM at a Legal 500 law firm, and candidates based in the UAE/GCC or considering relocation from the UK.

The role will be predominantly focused on Debt Capital Markets with the associate also supporting on Equity Capital Markets matters as required The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of regional and cross-border transactions acting for a range of institutional and corporate clients on both issuer and bank-side mandates
