Job summary

Vista, the world’s leading global business aviation company, seeks an experienced litigator to join its international team. The role focuses on hands-on dispute resolution, including a global debt collection portfolio, with opportunities to work on high-value commercial matters.

You will manage worldwide outside counsel, draft complex agreements, and collaborate across departments to advance business goals in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney admitted to practice law in England & Wales.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant litigation experience, in-house or at a firm.
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of dispute resolution matters, including litigation and pre-litigation, globally.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial legal agreements (charter and flight service contracts, NDAs, SLAs, etc.).
• Manage outside counsel, asset tracers and third-party vendors, budgets and e‑discovery.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-department programs from scoping to implementation.
