Job summary

Visa Grab International FZCO in Dubai seeks a Marketing Executive to promote and sell our services to domestic and international clients. You will build and manage a pipeline, meet sales targets and KPIs, and engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and proposals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business administration, strong communication, and a Chinese language capability. You will lead from lead generation to onboarding, attend events, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in sales, outbound call center, inside sales, hospitality, or any customer-facing position.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Chinese language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for the success of commercial projects with shipping lines or airlines.
• Generate leads through research of potential prospects and opportunities.
• Make regular outbound calls and visits to potential clients.
• Attend conferences, exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
• Sell products/services by establishing contact, developing relationships, and recommending solutions.
• Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and prospects.
• Follow up on deals and work with clients to close them.
• Prepare and send proposals to prospects and clients.
• Engage in face-to-face meetings with new clients and plan monthly visits.
• Resolve client complaints or conflicts during onboarding.
• Meet individual KPIs and targets set by management.
• Handle any other projects/tasks as assigned.
