Job summary

FinHub GCC is expanding its global commercial operations from Dubai and is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager with strong expertise in SEO, LinkedIn marketing and B2B customer acquisition, based in our Dubai office.

You will lead hands-on efforts to generate qualified enterprise leads, build organic search visibility, and drive LinkedIn campaigns and content for PaaS/BaaS and fintech customers, reporting to the CRO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, SEO and B2B lead generation.
• Proven experience generating qualified leads for technology, SaaS, fintech or financial services.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO and organic growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global SEO strategy for FinHub GCC and international markets.
• Build and manage LinkedIn marketing strategy and campaigns for enterprise buyers.
• Create targeted content and campaigns around use cases (PaaS/BaaS, banking tech, fintech).
• Establish a structured digital lead-generation funnel and integrate with CRM.
