Qualifications

• Higher Secondary Certificate, Technical Diploma, or Vocational Qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in aircraft refueling, aviation fuel operations, or fuel handling.
• Experience operating refuelers, dispensers, and related equipment.
• Understanding of aviation fueling operations and fuel quality control.
• Knowledge of airport safety procedures and fuel storage systems.
• Good English communication and basic MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

We are currently recruiting a Aviation Fuel Operator for our client based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Summary:

The Aviation Fuel Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant receipt, storage, handling, and refueling of aviation fuel at airport facilities. The role ensures aircraft refueling operations are conducted in accordance with international aviation standards, company procedures, and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) requirements, while maintaining the highest levels of operational excellence and customer service

Job Responsibilities:

1.Aircraft Refueling Operations

• Operate refueling vehicles and equipment safely on the airport apron.
• Perform aircraft refueling/defueling in line with company and aviation standards.
• Ensure timely fueling of aircraft and report any delays or operational issue

2.Fuel Handling & Quality Control

• Receive, inspect, and transfer aviation fuel from tankers.
• Operate fuel storage, hydrant, and distribution systems.
• Conduct fuel quality checks, equipment inspections, and maintain inventory records

3.Safety, Security & Compliance

• Follow all airport, regulatory, HSEQ, and company safety procedures.
• Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns promptly.
• Support emergency response activities and maintain equipment security.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all tasks.

4.Equipment & Documentation

• Perform routine checks on fueling vehicles and equipment.
• Report equipment defects and maintenance needs.
• Complete fueling, inspection, stock, and operational records accurately.

5.Training & Continuous Improvement

• Attend required operational and safety training.
• Support process improvements and adoption of best practices.
• Comply with company policies, including ethics and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Higher Secondary Certificate, Technical Diploma, or Vocational Qualification.

Licenses

• Should have valid UAE Manual Light Vehicle Driving License (Mandatory)
