Reload Logistics in Dubai is seeking an AR Specialist to manage and collect outstanding receivables from international clients, ensuring timely payments and sustaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven collections track record and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities include tracking AR balances, applying cash receipts, following up on invoices, resolving disputes, and providing management with routine cash-flow updates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in logistics or international trade.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track accounts receivable balances.
• Follow up on outstanding payments via phone, email, and other channels.
• Own critical collections and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Build and maintain client relationships and resolve payment disputes professionally.
• Provide regular updates to management on AR status, payment trends and cash-flow impact.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and timely.
• Investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
