LG Electronics is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant in Dubai to support day-to-day AR activities, collections, reconciliation, and LC management. You will collaborate with Sales, Order Desk, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure healthy cash flow and accurate customer accounts.

The role requires 1–3 years in AR or related finance roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/SAP/MS Dynamics 365 experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of AR, accounting, credit control, or collections experience.
• UAE experience in multi-channel retail or electronics is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with customers on payment plans, outstanding and overdue payments.
• Escalate overdue accounts and collection risks to the reporting manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts & correspondence, collection records and AR records.
• Prepare and share customer statement of account (SOA) on a weekly basis.
• Record and allocate customer payments against outstanding invoices.
• Prepare daily AR Aging report and support month-end AR closing and reconciliation.
