Qualifications

• Excellent German skills (C1/C2).
• 1–2 years in active telesales.
• Experience in services, aesthetic medicine, luxury sector, or German-speaking call center is a major plus.
• Excellent communication and strong persuasion abilities; driven.
• Maintain high call volume with quality communication.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Drive active sales by phone to qualified prospects (inbound leads) and target database.
• Present the clinic's services convincingly and close sales efficiently.
• Identify, understand, and resolve customer objections to guide decisions.
• Update the CRM in real time: prospect statuses, booked appointments, and history.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
