Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Telesales Agent to generate revenue by outbound calls, convert leads into acquisitions and build strong customer relationships. You will conduct high volumes of outbound calls, meet targets, manage a pipeline, and collaborate with the purchase team to close deals.

The role requires 2+ years in telesales or similar, English proficiency, and a proactive, resilient approach in a fast-paced, diverse UAE team. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years in telesales, call center or customer service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure telesales environment.
• Strong sales techniques, customer engagement and CRM knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, time management and multitasking.
• Teamwork, collaboration, resilience and adaptability.
• Passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline by following up on leads and nurturing relationships.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with the purchase team to align on lead conversion strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
