Qualifications

• 1+ years Front Desk Associate experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of OPERA system
• German language ability
• Team player with a service mindset
• Physically agile and able to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Front Desk, check-in/check-out, handle queries and messages.
• Relay endorsements between shifts and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Maintain a tranquil reception area and ensure smooth operations.
• Review reservations and ensure room availability and blocks are managed.
• Handle guest accounts and prompt, accurate data entry into the system.
• Answer calls promptly and relay messages accurately; coordinate mail and packages.
