Qualifications

• Geoscience qualification at Bachelor level (prefer Geology).
• 5+ years experience in mine geology, exploration, resource estimation, or related industry.
• Fluent English and Arabic communication, highly technical.
• Experience in geological modelling workflows for various commodities.
• Strong skills in 3D geological modelling software.
• Prioritises tasks with clarity and focus.

Responsibilities

• Share expert-level knowledge and workflows with mining users for Seequent's geoscience tools.
• Maintain broad knowledge across the Seequent portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales teams to advance opportunities with demonstrations and trials.
• Work with regional and global technical teams to support customers and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Use Seequent platforms to gain insights into client portfolios and user bases.
• Provide remote technical support and develop tailored solutions.
• Reach out to clients for health checks and promote new releases.
• Maintain CRM records of health checks, upgrades, and training.
• Deliver regular training across the Seequent portfolio.
• Grow skills by collaborating with software development teams.
• Manage day-to-day tasks autonomously and align with objectives.
