Job summary

GeoSoftware Senior Technical Support Geoscientist is sought to join the Middle East team. You will support project development using GeoSoftware tools (Jason, HampsonRussell, PowerLog), assist business development with customer discussions to uncover pain points, and mentor customers in best practices and workflows.

You will collaborate with the R&D group and regional and global teams to drive efficient solutions, deliver training, and ensure customer success across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geophysics, Geology, Geoscience, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support development of projects demonstrating the value of GeoSoftware’s technology.
• Assist business development in customer discussions to discover pain points and potential solutions.
• Provide training and mentoring to customers.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop new workflows and techniques.
• Support regional sales and customer engagement activities.
