Job summary

Our client, an international consulting firm, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the mining and natural resources sector. You will lead BD initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s global presence by delivering tailored solutions to mining companies, financial institutions, governments and investors.

The role reports to the CEO and requires collaboration with geology, mineral resources, ESG and advisory teams to create winning client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Earth Sciences or related discipline.
MBA or commercial qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead international business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth across global markets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations and tender submissions.
Develop and execute strategic market development plans to expand presence and strengthen positioning.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns and brand strategies to generate business opportunities.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations and leadership to ensure seamless project execution and achievement of goals.
Monitor, analyze and report KPIs to inform data-driven decisions.
