Job summary

Client of LeadingEdge HR Solutions in Dubai seeks a technically proficient Generator Supervisor to ensure the reliability and performance of company-owned generator assets across customer sites in the UAE. Immediate joining available.

The role requires hands-on electrical/generator knowledge, fault diagnosis, and travel up to 80–90% of the time, including weekends. Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in generator maintenance or electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical generator systems, relay logic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.
• Valid manual driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate hands-on technical knowledge of electrical generator systems.
• Commission gensets at customer sites in accordance with standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance per documented schedules and procedures.
• Diagnose generator faults and plan repairs including parts and hours.
• Travel within the UAE up to 80–90% of time.
